SENIOR development PRODUCER/executive

We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Development Producer/Executive to join our Afro-Mic team. You may already be a Senior Development Producer with experience in running an exciting development slate, who is looking to take the next step up. We want someone who lives and breathes ideas – a strong creative thinker who can originate and develop bold factual entertainment and returnable formats, shape pitches and decks, spot great talent and confidently pitch ideas to broadcasters and commissioners. 
 
You’ll need to be collaborative, hands-on and genuinely enjoy working as part of a small team, helping us build and develop the next generation of Afro-Mic IP.

This is a development-led role, preferably based in Belfast. Offering a minimum of three days per week.

Role starts: November 2026
