Afro-Mic Productions is looking for a Northern Ireland-based creative to join our development team on a part-time basis, working three days a week. This is an exciting opportunity for someone already working in development or an experienced senior producer looking to transition into the field.

We are seeking a highly creative, ideas-driven individual with experience in either non-scripted comedy, factual entertainment, or reality, along with a strong understanding of working with on-screen talent. The successful candidate will work closely with our development executives to create original programme formats and develop distinctive ideas that cut through.
